In 2018 she starred opposite Cillian Murphy and Emily Blunt in the Paramount blockbuster film A Quiet Place for which she again received a Critics Choice Award nomination for Best Young Actress. She received a nomination for an MTV Movie & TV Award for Most Frightened Performance and a Critics Choice Super Award for Best Actress in a Horror Movie. In 2022, Millicent was nominated for the prestigious BAFTA Rising Star Award. Also in 2022, Millicent starred in the short Bumblebees, which premiered at the Tribeca Film Festival.
